We look forward to opening registration in late April.
Registration fees for the AFPS 2025 Conference are now available. We encourage you to seek approval from your organisation and consider any necessary funding in preparation for your attendance of the conference.

Please note, registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All amounts are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST).

* To qualify for the student registration fee, delegates must provide proof of full-time enrolment at a recognised university or college. Please upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Payment may be made by:
* Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
* EFT payments – please refer to banking details on your invoice.
All payments must be in Australian dollars.
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser via afps2025@expertevents.com.au
- Registration cancellations received by Thursday 16 October 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110.
- Registration cancellations received after Thursday 16 October 2025 but prior to Friday 31 October 2025, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
- No registration refund is available after Friday 31 October 2025. After this date, the conference committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the AFPS 2025 conference organiser is advised in writing.
Invitation letters
A letter of invitation will not be issued for this conference. To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the online registration form and finalise payment in a timely manner. An official tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you which you will be able to submit with your visa application.
