Registration fees for the AFPS 2025 Conference are now available. We encourage you to seek approval from your organisation and consider any necessary funding in preparation for your attendance of the conference.

Please note,  registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All amounts are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

A optional pre-conference tour of the Westmead Hospital and its facilities will be held on 3 December 2025. This tour is available at no extra cost but spots are limited. To secure your place, select attending in the registration site.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Payment may be made by:
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
EFT payments – please refer to banking details on your invoice.
All payments must be in Australian dollars.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm on Thursday 16 October 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110.
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm on Thursday 16 October 2025 but prior to 5pm on Friday 31 October 2025, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 31 October 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the AFPS 2025 conference organiser is advised in writing.

Invitation letters

A letter of invitation will not be issued for this conference. To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the online registration form and finalise payment in a timely manner. An official tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you which you will be able to submit with your visa application.
